1. Who We Are

Go To AI Market (“GTAIM”, “we”, “us”) operates the GTAIM platform, including Academy, Client Portal, and related services. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data:

• Account information: name, email address, and organisation affiliation provided during registration.
• Usage data: platform activity, including material accessed, responses submitted, time spent, and resources downloaded, together with measurements derived from this activity. See section 6.
• Technical data: browser type, device information, and IP address collected automatically.
• Communications: messages sent through our support form.

3. Payment Data

Payment processing is not currently active for new subscriptions. When a payment processor is activated, the processor's identity and the categories of data they handle will be added to this Policy in advance of going live. GTAIM does not store payment card data.

4. How We Use Your Data

• Providing and maintaining the platform services.
• Authenticating your identity and managing access.
• Responding to support requests.
• Improving the platform based on usage patterns.
• Complying with legal obligations, including GDPR requirements.

5. Legal Basis

We process your data based on:

• Contract performance: processing necessary to provide the services you have been invited to use.
• Legitimate interest: operating, securing and improving the platform, developing new services, and producing aggregate insight. Usage data is processed on this basis, with GTAIM as controller.
• Consent: where explicitly provided, such as for optional communications.

We maintain a documented assessment of our legitimate interests, available on request.

6. Usage Data

Where an employer has enrolled you, the employer controls your identity and contact details. GTAIM controls usage data as a controller in its own right. This section is provided for transparency and does not require your consent.

Usage data remains linked to you while your relationship with the platform is active and for the period stated in section 8. It is then irreversibly anonymised and retained in anonymised form. Anonymised data is not personal data and cannot be linked back to you.

Reporting to an employer is limited. Participation, including whether assigned material has been started or completed and progress through it, is reported individually. Performance results are reported only in aggregate and only for groups above a minimum size. Individual responses are not disclosed to an employer.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform, including providers for authentication, hosting, email delivery, and application monitoring.

All processors are bound by data processing agreements and comply with applicable data protection regulations.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Inactive accounts may be flagged for review after 12 months of inactivity. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

On deletion, and at the end of the retention period, we erase the data that identifies you and irreversibly anonymise usage data rather than destroying it. Anonymised data can no longer be linked to you and is retained.

9. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”), fulfilled as described in section 8.
• Restrict processing of your data.
• Port your data to another service.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where you object to the processing of usage data, we irreversibly anonymise it.

These rights apply to usage data while it remains linked to you.

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
