How do I access the platform?

Access is by invitation only. You’ll receive an email from your organisation or from GTAIM with a link to create your account. Follow the link, set your password, and you’re in.

I didn’t receive my invitation email.

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact your organisation administrator or reach out to our support team.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the sign-in page, click “Forgot your password?” and enter your email address. You’ll receive a link to set a new password.

I’m getting “No Access” after signing in.

This means your account doesn’t have access to this product. Contact your organisation administrator or reach out to our support team for assistance.

Which browsers are supported?

Can I change my email address?

Email addresses cannot be changed directly through the platform. Please contact our support team for assistance.
